We are experienced project and property managers who have spent decades in the details.  Beyond 11 years experience in managing short term rentals, we have extensive expertise in repairs and remodels in the high desert, Los Angeles and beyond.  That means we care for each property with an owners mentality, treating your home as if it were our own.  We’ll make suggestions for repairs, upgrades and keep an eye on long term maintenance leaving it up to you to make the final decision on what’s best for your home.

We want your guests to be happy, but more than that, we want you to be happy and know your place is well taken care of.  Your time spent at the property should be just as enjoyable as your guests, meaning you shouldn’t have to be running around handling supply runs and repairs while on vacation in the desert.   From our construction backgrounds, we have long established relationships with cleaners, plumbers, electricians and repair people to ensure your property is cared for in a timely manner.
