Āśaya (आशय).—[ā-śī-ac]

2) A place of residence, abode, seat, retreat
Welcome to Casa Asaya, a GORGEOUS, peaceful, private, secluded and cozy 688 sq. ft one-bedroom one-bath retreat surrounded by acres of desert flora, mountainscapes, and iconic postcard views. Splashes of pink and yellow illuminate snow-capped mountains and ancient volcanic mesas to the west, awe-inspiring moonscapes ascend over Goat Mountain to the east, thousands of acres of open BLM land stretch into the horizon 1 block north, and big sky views of Joshua Tree National Park to the south. The world-famous Integratron sits so close you can sense the rejuvenating energy in the air.
Stepping inside, the striking exterior landscape is juxtaposed with modern finishes in a soothing neutral palette featuring custom tile and millwork throughout. Snuggle up with a book in the living room nook, take a bubble bath in the seated soaking tub or rain head shower in the ultra-modern bathroom, cook a gourmet meal in the spacious new kitchen, or wander out to the firepit for front-row seats to a meteor shower under Landers’ famously dark skies. This special 2.5-acre property is fully fenced for security and privacy. You’ll never want to leave, but should you choose to roam, you’re minutes to La Copine, Giant Rock (the pizza place or the historic rock), Joshua Tree National Park, Pappy & Harriets, rock climbing, hiking, and so much more.
